This year everything is slighty different. But this tradition remains with us: the goose dinner in the pre-Christmas period! Join us from November 11th to December 23rd, 2022 to enjoy the goose variations of our international-hanseatic cuisine and experience a 4-course menu with the best view of the Christmas lights at the town hall. From goat cream cheese praline to soup of the red kuri squash to goose breast: our culinary team will conjure up the Christmas treat for you in several compositions using the best seasonal and regional ingredients - accompanied by wine, of course, if desired.
